Worrall Attorney

Worrall Law represents clients who need assistance with business matters or estate planning.  Attorney Jay Worrall graduated law school in 2003, passing the California Bar the same year.  Mr. Worrall worked for the court while in law school, and clerked for a judge for two years after graduation.  

Mr. Worrall worked in the business world for many years helping clients with a myriad of business-related issues including business formation, contract creation and review, distribution and pricing issues.  Many of Mr. Worrall's clients are small business owners who need help in multiple areas. 

His business experiences have led to a second key area of the Worrall Law practice: estate planning.  Many individuals and business owners need help in understanding and executing an estate plan.  This includes not only succession planning for their small business, but their own personal affairs.  Mr. Worrall has created trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives for his clients.
