About Jay Worrall
Jay Worrall is an attorney in private practice, representing clients in civil matters. With over twenty years of experience in corporate law, and additional time as a small business owner, Mr. Worrall brings a wealth of knowledge to the Business side of his legal practice. Over the past decade, his Estate Planning practice has grown dramatically. Catering to man business owners who also need succession planning, these two disciplines have merged in one practice.
Early in his legal career Mr. Worrall gained significant experience working directly for the courts, including interning for the Honorable Sheridan Reed at the San Diego Hall of Justice while in law school, and later serving as law clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Naraja, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court for the Northern Marianas Islands.
Not quite a native of San Diego, Jay has called this vibrant city home for most of his life. He holds degrees from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, and California Western School of Law in San Diego. In addition to his legal expertise, Jay has held various roles, including in-house counsel for an international music distributing company, and president of a retail display and merchandising company.
Outside of his professional life, Jay, his wife, and their two sons are avid trail runners, backpackers, and skiers who relish the beautiful weather, beaches, and mountains of California and especially America’s Finest City. They enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring national parks, and cheering on the Padres. Jay also takes great joy in coaching his sons’ sports teams, nurturing their passion for health and fitness.
